Industrial Land

The "Industrial land" activity, with a budget of around $128,6 million, aims to design and promote a new approach to the planning, development, revitalization and management of industrial reception areas, driven by demand and favouring public-private partnerships (PPP). This activity focuses on the implementation of three components: (i) Providing technical assistance to stakeholders, in particular the Ministry of Industry, in the development and management of industrial zones; (ii)The design of a new model for the development of sustainable industrial parks and the revitalization of existing industrial zones, driven by marekt demand and encouraging public-private partnerships and environmental and social sustainability. This model will be implemented, on a pilot basis, in three industrial zones in the Casablanca-Settat Region; (iii)The establishment of the FUND for Sustainable Industrial Zones (FONZID).
